  When you call the phone you just get some virtual thing. When you put in a zip code for aid, the virtual assistant or recording just says, “No one is available in that zip code.” Well, what else am I supposed to do? I don’t know the next step. I didn’t have an operating car key to go move to some zip code to meet someone. I couldn’t even get someone on the phone to provide assistance.

  Absolutely do not recommend. Locked myself out of my car with my dog in it. They said someone should be there in 30 mins, they'd update. No updates, called them 4 times and all they'd say is someone is enroute, should be there in an hour and a half from the time of the original call. Finally just stated they canceled the service call, sorry, they're unavailable. After almost 2 hours waiting!! Absolutely inexcusable, terrible company. Thankfully local law enforcement was very kind and got us in so fast.

  Fast and Efficient and all 7 keys worked. A little pricey but worth it for the convenience in Kroger.

  They're easy to get the keys made. The one that had to be ordered arrived very quickly. I like all the different options.

  10/10 would recommend this service. I ordered through the kiosk at the Kroger in Cookeville. Initially the price was almost 70 dollars for my 07 Mustang key and I tried to cancel because I thought that was too expensive, after selecting the “too expensive” option at the kiosk (when asked why I’m cancelling my order) they offered me a discounted price of 45 dollars. I was curious of that price compared to the Ford dealership so I called them. To my astonishment, at the dealership they were charging me 200 dollars for the key. Then, an additional 50 dollars to program the key, after that they said they would need a code in order to program the key and that would cost me another 50 dollars and allegedly it would take some time to get all of that gathered. After taxes I was looking at near $350 all together. I laughed and explained it was going to be around 50 bucks from the kiosk in Kroger and that upset them lol. I walked back inside and gladly paid my 45 dollars. It took me a total of around 3 minutes to input all of the necessary information and the next morning I got an email saying my key was being made. Within that same week I received my key, it looks just like the original except without the Ford logo (which I don’t mind for 250 fewer dollars) and the key worked perfectly. This is my first time writing a review in my life, but I was so thoroughly impressed with the timeframe I received my product and the price difference I figured it’s the least I could do.
