    I conclude that the Collierville Lowe’s doesn’t care about me as a customer. I purchased a storm door replacement glass online on April 20, 2026 for about $180.00. It took a while to come in, but on April 31, 2026 I received an email that the glass was in and I could pick it up. On May 2, 2026, I clicked on the email link to let Lowe’s I was on my way to get it—I thought this was a good customer service practice. However, when I got to the store I was told they couldn’t locate it but to give them a little time to find it. I waited about 45 minutes but they still couldn’t locate my purchase so I asked them to call me when they found it. About an hour later I happened to check my email and discovered I had an email from Lowe’s that my order had been CANCELLED! I didn’t receive a phone call. Just the email, but there was no information about a refund for my purchase. I subsequently learned that my refund would be processed in 3 to 5 business days. I wonder if others have received such poor customer service ?

    Purchased a fridge from Lowes. When they delivered it they scratched the hardwood floors resulting in $10K worth of damage. They claim they do not have any responsibility for any damage caused during delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES! Update: Lowes responded and told me to call their customer support so they could resolve the issue. I did and was told I would hear back in 72 hours. I have not heard anything. BEWARE!

    Waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me. Paged someone twice. No one showing up. Rico need to hire some decent help. Well I got tired of waiting. So this 74 year old lady loaded it in the buggy herself. I will probably have have to check myself and carry it out. Well Rico your store is really going down. Sincerely, Wanda Patrick
