  We purchased a large deluxe playset from Happy Backyards in Collierville for our grandchildren. The owner, Erick, was very helpful and answered all questions we had. Our grandchildren love it and will be able to use it for many years to come!

  We purchased an inground trampoline from this company and had it installed earlier this month. After the sales pitch the customer service is non-existent. Would 0/10 recommend and suggest taking your business elsewhere. God help you if you have a warranty call and need an actual response from them that’s helpful after what we experienced after installation. We were told a large machine would be needed to install our trampoline, which was fine and understood. We have built a pool and done various other large construction projects. We discussed having irrigation lines marked (which we had done by our lawn company) to prevent hitting a sprinkler head or line while digging. A pipe was broken with the machine after driving over it during installation, not by digging as well as a few other minor items that had to be fixed, we were prepared for that possibility. However, we were not told our yard would be destroyed around the trampoline from the machine. Why wasn’t plywood put down around the area of digging to help mitigate the destruction or any other solution? Our lawn company suggested resodding the area around the trampoline after installation which would cost upwards of 2500-2800. A completely unrecognized, and never discussed, substantial cost with a solution of them agreeing to come back out and throw down grass seed and some weeds to help the grass take and then we just kill the weeds later when it takes hold. Leaving our yard looking like a construction site. What a joke. Unless you want to spend 9k on a trampoline and be left with 3-4k of damage I would suggest you take your business elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache and clean up.

  I don’t leave many reviews but this company was GREAT! Very affordable and easy to work with. My child was so pumped when he got home and the basketball goal was up. Will use for other stuff in the future!
