  New to Cleveland area & my neighborhood is literally a minute from this cleaner, so why not use them. Unfortunately I was VERY disappointed in my first time using them. My service request was simple, to have a pair of new white pants pressed by Sat. April 18th. I took them over there almost a week in advance. I picked them up today April 17th brought them home & I saw 3 black stains. I was like well these are white so I gave a little grace. As I was checking the rest I noticed I had double creases which then made upset & the press wasn’t done too well. I called the cleaners & spoke to the representative. She did say I could bring them back she would have to start up the steamer again. Which you could tell seemed to be a problem. I was like never mind when I get off work I’ll come home & press the double creases out. Fast forward now I’m home to fix what they messed up & I found another stain on the top part of my pants!!! I’M VERY UPSET & WON’T BE USING THEM AGAIN. How do you take a clean pair of pants to a cleaners & get them back with stains! NO!!!

  Have use Champion for several years. Started with the one on Keith Street. Should have stay with it. This location has problems, picking up clothes and don't get them all, paid for clothes and didn't get them all.

  I came to drop off a king size white comforter and was told it was 35$, then 40$ later to pick up on Monday. Monday comes around and it's not ready until two days later and the lady charges me 55$ now? ridiculous.. don't come here for your clothes.. the lady at the front, Freda F., was even rude about the whole situation.
