  I recently bought a vehicle that only came with 1 keyfob. It was not an emergency so I had them just schedule a time for me. Jordan called before coming over and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Time spent at my place less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

  Had a problem with a couple of keys on my Honda pilot. Called on a saturday, was quoted $600 to provide a new key. I kind of hesitated, and then was made the offer $425 for the service call plus: "I'll throw in two keys". I agreed to that price, and the tech showed up , I handed him the key that had worked before and a blank that I had, and I notified him that I had gotten it off of Amazon and had taken the "guts" out of it to see if that would work. He took my keys into his van, I assumed to program my existing key, and to cut and provide a new key. Chris initially offered to make new keys over the phone, but I figured one new key and reprogramming my old key was fine. Couple days later, one of the keys stopped working I called to see if I could get it reprogrammed again, and was told that it was my fault because I had used keys from Amazon. It was only then that I realized that he hadn't provided me a new key at all, he had taken that blank junk key that I'd given him, and cut and programmed that one, I guess to save himself some money. I disputed with my credit card company, and they responded with an absolute lie that they had never agreed to provide new keys. The transcript of the phone call is clear as day that he did. So now I'm going through the process of filing a small claims lawsuit. All I wanted was for them to reprogram the keys again. I was even willing to travel to the Paducah facility. Literally would have cost them $0. Any company can be good when everything goes right, but how they respond to problems it shows a company's true colors. These guys failed miserably.
