My husband and I bought a washer to have delivered for next day delivery. Paid the extra fee to be delivered Saturday. The day of the driver was on post then hours go by then we get a call saying there was an “emergency” and they had to reschedule our delivery. Customer support would not refund us our fee we paid. They then rescheduled for Sunday. Sunday rolls around and we received a call there was 1.5 delay. Received yet another call that they cannot delivery it since it’s past 4pm but yet they scheduled the time. Now they want to wait until Tuesday to delivery our washer and will not allow us to pick up the item In-store. Lesson learned, will not be shopping at Lowe’s.

This particular Lowe's is "okay", being it is conveniently close by, and the usually have what Walmart doesn't. I did recently have a bad experience with them regarding "bate and switch". I purchased a dishwasher on a flash sale, savings of $500, supposedly having several in stock and ready to pick up same day. However, after several hours after I purchased online, there was an issue with the order. Three and a half days later, they said it was unavailable. Anyway, I ended up buying one from Home Depot😁 So, Lowe's is okay, but buyer beware😏
