    Don't come here looking for any good technical or product guidance, as the salespeople don't really know their products. I visited looking for guidance on a replacement kitchen faucet, and when I started asking questions, someone just brought up their website and went through the online shopping process that I HAD ALREADY DONE AT HOME. This is showroom, so treat it as such. It's only good to get the physical feel of a product, not actually getting any real answers to questions.

    Very unhelpful. I went in hoping for a kitchen light (flush mount not pendant). The lady pointed and said they’re over there, they weren’t. She finally got up to help and took me to a different part of the store. If you know what you want and where it is in the store going in, this place is great. If you’re expecting good customer service, this place is not for you.
