  Terrible customer service. Negotiating with Bruce on the phone for a pool liner, after a little confusion about the cash price he offered. Bruce then hung up on me as I was agreeing to come pick up the same day. I’ve done business with them over the years but never again.

  I spent days trying to figure out what was going on with my pool. I called and spoke with Trevor who helped me troubleshoot over the phone. After sending him pictures of the system, he was able to offer a suggestion I hadn’t tried and ended up being the solution! I highly recommend Trevor, the guy knows his stuff.
