  I've been coming to Tri-State for years and they are great. They do free water testing are always eager to help me with my pool problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else

  We bought a house with a pool, and we lost suction. Tyler spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting everything and he was finally able to figure out what was going on and walk me through fixing it! (Weir door stuck upright). Tyler was so patient and kind. I will be Tri-State loyal forever!

  I walked into Tri State Pools looking for something small: a stir bar for my Taylor Magnetic Stirrer. They didn’t have any for sale, but rather than turn me away empty-handed, they reached into their own supply and handed me one of the six they had on hand for their own use, free of charge. It was a small gesture, but it meant a great deal. It reminded me of a time when businesses treated customers like neighbors, and kindness was simply part of doing business. That kind of old-fashioned, genuine service is rare these days, and it will not be forgotten. Tri State Pools has earned a loyal customer, and they will have my business for all things pool from here on out.
