  This was a wonderful experience! Our sales lady took all the time we needed to look, try and discuss our options. We went with the Bedgear bed. We love it!! My husband has his soft side and I have my firmer side. To say our sales lady went above and beyond, she even came and set it up for us because of a delivery issue. She was so helpful and sweet!!! I highly recommend The Big Mattress Outlet!!!

  Alisha was very helpful in explaining all the terms being used in the mattress industry today. Our mattress is 15+ years old. So we weren’t exactly up to date on all the changes and improvements that have been made. We searched on-line which only provided a lot of company name’s which were new to us. At the store we found several mattresses manufactured by those “new” companies and were able to tryout how they felt. We think we found the perfect mattresses for us without being “sold” anything. Unusual for me, but I bought it on the spot and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thanks Alisha!

  Took longer then I expected but they gave me a spare bed since I had to wait a 3wks or so but im excited the k2 bed should be awesome

  We were interested in the Puffy brand mattress. Big Mattress Outlet had multiple Puffy models in their showroom that we could try. This was especially important because being able to try before buying and having excellent guidance from the owner regarding model selection enabled us to choose the correct model. Had we bought directly from Puffy, we would have selected a model that was too firm. Plus we always try to support local businesses. The owners of BMO did a great job for us! Downgraded to 1 star because BMO said that they could offer the same terms as what Puffy offers if you buy directly from Puffy's web site. Despite that statement which induced us to buy from BMO, when the Puffy mattress during the sleep trial period became unsatisfactory, BMO would not provide the refund of our purchase price which is what Puffy would have done had we bought directly from Puffy's website. I felt absolutely scammed and would NEVER buy from a brick and mortar store like BMO again if the mattress I wanted was available from a reputable website (like Puffy's) that offered a sleep trial period with refund provided if the mattress was unsatisfactory. Most, possibly all, the leading mattress online brands offer such a sleep trial period.
