Lowe’s has stopped allowing things to be returned after saying, buy extra and return what you don’t use. Kind of robbery!! I recommend going to Home Depot! They are not as greedy!

Had a pretty not great experience at 830 am June 28th.
So im a doordasher -- i know to go to the service/pick up area and wait for a person. I scanned my order in, and noticed the order was very heavy, and thought maybe itd be best to pull my car up. I walked up to the cashiers and told them "hey I have xyz doordash, im gonna pull my car up in case theyre here before im back." And the cashier who helped me was, I dont want to say rude in tone, I interrupted their conversation that was on me, but she wasnt happy. I recall her saying "Yeah so thats not how you do that, it's not our jobs-" and "it's okay stop apologizing it's really fine."
She was very... energetic to say the least. When we got to my car I tried to explain that I knew to wait where she told me and I was just telling her I was asking to move my car closer to the store (theyve let me do it before with heavy orders of concrete). She then said "I dont like when people do that because it blocks traffic. So don't do that."
Maybe it was just me, im clinically diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder (currently getting treatment), and im trying to figure out what i did wrong. Idk im just really flustered.

Product prices mismarked and rang up incorrectly at register. Groups of staff hanging around chitchatting and seemed offended when I asked for help. One staff even told me to go find someone else to assist. No one to help at self checkout when trying to remove item that was $5.00 more than price advertised. I usually shop at Lowe’s over Home Depot but never again!

Any order done online even if it’s for pickup can’t be changed and or canceled. I went in person they gave me a phone number to call. Both times called I was met with extreme incompetence if not incompetence then intentional unprofessional behavior the order was made to go to the Chattanooga store and unfortunately went to the Atlanta store. I will say 5 stars to the lady who works in returns at the Chattanooga store if anything she needs a raise I watched her alone tackle a line of people with the friendliest demeanor I’ve ever seen
