And this is not the first time I have observed him going beyond what is required to take the carts back to each store, Hobby lobby and Fresh market so they don’t roll down the parking lot into someone’s car or out into the road. What a great guy! isn’t it nice there are people that aren’t afraid to work that are kind and helpful like Ruben.

- AHAnna HillAug 14, 20263.0We had a very sweet cashier, Lillee who asked her coworker, I’m not sure if she was a manager or not for a price of a picture that didn’t have a price on it. Kate, her coworker was very rude and told us that the picture came in a pack of 2, there was no other picture and when we told her that she got in our faces and started hitting the picture telling us that: “I cannot sell this to you as one. It has to be 2 pictures for the price of $14.99.” It was on clearance for 75% off, she still refused to sell it and got closer to our faces and kept hitting the picture, while repeating: “I am not going to sell this as one.” We said we’d pay the $7.99 for it, but she refused very rudely. Never in our time shopping at Hobby Lobby have we dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for Lillee and her professionalism, if it wasn’t for her there would be 1.
- ARAshley ReneaJul 28, 20263.0I intentionally went to Gunbarrel Hobby Lobby this morning for one specific product. One employee stayed with me while I stood under several of them on the high shelf. Another employee said, "We have some back here," walked off, then came back with one and said, "We have this one." It wasn't the only one, I was standing under a whole shelf of untouched ones. I looked at the one she brought, tried to fix the head, told her I didn't want it, and she walked off. I went back to the high shelf and stood there to see if she'd come help me get one of the better ones. She didn't. So l put the product down, put back everything else I planned to buy, and left. Don't assume this was a younger worker, all you ever hear these days are complaints about younger people not wanting to work, but this was someone my age.
