Jamie Johnson was my salesperson. She was patient and great to work with. Delivery was delayed because they were on back order but nobody’s fault. I would buy there again.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish usually buying furniture to me reminds me of buying a car at a dealership . I’m often times annoyed I want to be left alone. Jaime came out to greet us with a smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture that we were interested in. She let us peruse the floor without hovering and was exceptionally pleasant to work with. I was shocked at the knowledge she had about the fabrics, the pieces themselves and aftercare products for the leather couch I bought. I will definitely come back to buy furniture in the future Because of the lovely experience I have. Give that kid a raise. She’s worth every penny!

So we ordered a love seat on the june 7th. We were told it was in stock in the warehouse. 2 to 3 week at most for delivery to our home.
So we were just given a delivery date of July 9th. And they still do not have the loveseat in stock. Just hopping it will be on the next truck. So it is understood that it could be pushed back further.
I must say I am not happy with this arrangement. Over $2,000 on a love seat just to wait over a month for a maybe delivered...

Would not recommend this place. We recently bought a power reclining sectional back mid-April. We were told that the couch would be in by early June, which is already a long time to go without a couch, but we agreed. Well, June has arrived and we called them multiple times trying to get a status of our order and kept getting told that they weren’t sure yet of when the couch would be arriving.
Finally, they have told us that most of the pieces are ready and at the distribution center. BUT 2 out of the 5 pieces that we bought will not be ready until now AUGUST. I feel they are not honest with how long it realistically takes to get your furniture. And they’re not forthcoming because they know they wouldn’t be making sells with such a ridiculous wait time. And it’s frustrating that we are paying on a couch we have YET to receive. This needs to be made right and furniture row needs to do better.

When I received my furniture delivery from furniture row, I was suppose to receive a bookcase. A filing cabinet, and two dressers. I only received 3 pieces due to one of the dressers, a chest of drawers, being broken on the bottom part of the piece. When I was waiting in my home for the broken piece, I heard a loud noise coming from inside the truck. Then moments later, one of the delivery crew came inside and told me that the chest of dressers was broken on the bottom. I called furniture row to report to them what had happened. I spoke with Xavier who was the manager on duty since the regular manager, Quentin, was away at the time.i asked Xavier about a discount, for what had happened? He told me,instead, that I could keep the broken piece of furniture at a $200.00 discount. I was mad inside, but what could I do except wait another one to two weeks, for my chest of drawers. I should have called the coperate office to report what had taken place. I believe that the piece of furniture was actually broken by one of the crew, accidently, when they were getting it ready to bring in my home. Either, the loud noise, which sounded like a hammer, was when the crew was trying to prep the piece for delivery, or they dropped the piece and it broke inside the rear of the truck. I was told I could, either, keep the broken piece as is, or I could keep the piece, while I wait for another one to two weeks for the new one to come in. I felt like either way, I was being treated unfairly. I should have been given a discount for my troubles, or a totally new piece for free. Good customer service was not happening on that day. And again, I was told it would be one to two weeks for a replacement piece to come in. I also bought two shelves when I originally purchased the dresser. I had to wait about 10 days already for the dresser to finally arrive broken, while I still hadnt received my original two shelves I ordered. I believe this was just bad customer service and needs to be rectafied, which I know won't happen at this point.
