  Great customer service from William and Dane! William was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in our selection of mattresses and bedding accessories. He listened carefully to our needs, offered options and answered questions with courtesy, professionalism and exuberant good cheer. And NEVER tried to pressure us into buying higher priced mattresses that did not meet our budget or needs. Dane was also most helpful in tweaking our order, delivery logistics and paper work. We were delighted with the whole buying process, which stands in stark contrast to the way salespeople at the national mattress chain stores try to steer you to the most expensive models regardless of your stated needs or budget. (We've walked out of four such stores in just the last few weeks for this reason. ) We highly recommend Denver Mattress to anyone looking for a refreshingly different and better mattress buying experience.

  I couldn’t recommend Denver Mattress enough! We went to several other mattress stores before this, but this was our last stop on our hunt because of the customer service and quality of products offered. Will and Dane helped us with our mattress and delivery. They are both highly knowledgeable and great at what they do! Thank you guys so much for helping us get a new mattress & being patient with us in the process. :)

  Dane was so great both times we went into the store. We purchased a mattress and they delivered it on July 4th (amazing customer service delivering on a holiday). They are the nicest people and walked us through all of our options. We didn’t feel rushed (we are indecisive) & Dane joked with us like he was an old friend. We would choose Denver Mattress again and again! We highly recommend them!

  I recently moved to Chatanooga and I’m so glad that I went into Denver Mattress. Will Is an exceptional employee. I appreciate his knowledge and how he takes care of his clients. I’ve been there three times now because of it! Exceptional service and exceptional delivery as well. The delivery guys I’m so sorry I can’t remember their name but they’re absolutely wonderful as well. They’re very professional and represent your company well.

He listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect mattress to meet my needs.
