- BBBrenda BoatfieldSep 6, 20181.0My husband and I have done ALOT of business with Aarons.We just today paid our washer and dryer set off,May we paid off our Tv and have another account thats 3 payments away from pay off...With that being said,I would not recommend this store to anyone who plans on PAYING ON TIME,NEVER BEING LATE AND PLAN TO PAY OFF WHAT YOU GET BECAUSE unlike most places that have GREAT CUSTOMERS THE SALES "TEAM" HERE DOES NOT CARE AND WON'T RESPECT YOU!!I went in today to get my paperwork on my washer and dryer I just paid off and brought TWO NEW potential customers with me that was interested in a few things but because CHEYENNE was so rude and not interested in selling anyone anything AND the store was so dirty/dusty...NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS AT ALL PROFESSIONAL..they decided they would not be doing business with Aarons.My husband and I felt like us being interested in yet ANOTHER ACCOUNT and buying a refrigerator was nothing but a HASSLE TO HER..so we have decided we are done being treated like we have been for a few years now at this store.I will say JODY is and always has been very helpful,respectful and has always treated us as well paying,good customers and is always willing to help us find our next purchase..Unfortunately,he is not always there and the few encounters we have had with Cheyenne has been bad enough that we will not be purchasing anything else from this location...I do think this is why good people don't do business with Aarons for long..it is almost like "oh well we know they pay and will always be back so I don't have to treat them like a human"..Well you do and we are done.We will,AS ALWAYS finish paying the accounts we have with them but after that ...we will be going somewhere else. Again,if you do have to deal with these people..ask for JODY if he is not there do yourself a favor and walk out!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
