He was knowledgeable about what we needed to do our roof. He was friendly, approachable, and didnt seem bothered by any questions we had. He answered our 1 million questions and compared prices for us. He was quick and prompt to make sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner, while still going above and beyond with his customer service. We will definitely be asking for him when we come to lowes for anything. Give this man a raise!!

The associates at Volunteer parkway Lowe's was very atrocious. It's spring and busy I understand. But tossing mulch dirt and fertilizer like your in the NBA isn't very professional.

After being on hold for almost 2 hours with several different departments, I found out that they use some delivery service called one rail. My package was never delivered and they’re just some random delivery photo out of some delivery vehicles window. It’s not even on my property after being on hold for over two hours, I was told they would let me know something within 24 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would highly suggest not using Lowe’s if you need your product delivered to the correct place I felt totally devalued as a customer. It’s now been three days since my delivery never showed up and I’m still being charged for it. Edit: obviously this is some sort of canned auto response because if they actually read my review, I would’ve said I’ve already reached out to them regarding this issue and was on hold for over two hours and still never received my product and still never received the refund

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
