My wife and I went to Lowe’s Monday afternoon to purchase a new washing machine. There were plenty of options to choose from. I found the one I wanted, But couldn’t get anyone to help. I asked at least four different people for help. They said they would page someone to come help us. We waited around for at least 30 to 45 minutes. One lady actually saw me coming to ask for help and literally ran from me to get out the door. We ended up taking our business to Home Depot, where We didn’t have to go searching for an employee to help. I’ve been a loyal customer With Lowe’s for years. This is not the first time I’ve had this problem not being able to get assistance. I could understand if the store was busy, but It seemed pretty slow There were not a lot of cars in the parking lot and I didn’t see very many people inside the store.

Whatever you do do not order to pick up at this store the website will say that it will take about 3 hours it'll actually take over 10 and nobody will help you get stuff if you're looking for it I spent an hour in the flooring department trying to find somebody to help me pull product

**Very disappointing experience with Lowe’s Bartlett\.**
I ordered a refrigerator and even changed the color to the same exact model so it could be delivered sooner. Delivery was confirmed for 9/23 from 1–5 PM, but just one hour before the scheduled time, I was notified it was delayed. The same thing happened again on 9/24, and now it has been pushed to 9/26.
I called Lowe’s Bartlett for help, and the representative hung up on me while I was still speaking. The distribution center simply gave me another delivery promise, even though the previous commitments were already broken.
There seems to be no consequence for Lowe’s when they fail to meet their delivery commitments, but the customer is the one who suffers—having to repeatedly adjust work schedules and make arrangements just to wait for a delivery that keeps getting delayed.
Extremely frustrating and unacceptable customer service.

unethical practices within the management staff.. I tried to purchase a clearance store door from the clearance section in the door department. It wouldn't ring up. Andrew told me he couldn't add it to the system. They are going to throw the doorway. And he walked away.
After the cashier called them back to the front. Andrew returned with the door and newly printed price tag. Not only was it was magically added back to the system but he removed the clearance price and replaced it with a new sticker. $500+ dollars instead of what it was labeled for on the shelf in the door department and said that he wouldn't override it because the store have done too many overrides already. He also refused to let me have or take a picture of the previous clearance sticker that was on the box before he replaced it.
After 10 minutes, I convinced him to let me take a picture of it. Its only proof that I have that the door what's on clearance for cheaper. There were 5+ employees also there to see the unethical practices of this manager.
He told me to come back, they're closed. Someone else would do the override later.
I returned today and was couldn't find the door. I was directed to Felicia. Come to find out, Felicia removed the door out of the system again earlier and told me that she couldn't add it back.
After we disagree on the practices of Lowe's, she rudely walked away, saying that she did me a favor by helping me find the door and she could be helping somebody else. She directed me to come back again and talk to Andrew because "it was his mess" and she was doing her job by removing them. Completely disregarding that the door was put in the back for me to come back and purchase later.. she didn't care, walked off in mid-conversation. Blaming Andrew and throwing him under the bus
