They were very prompt and had excellent communication with me through the whole process of removing the mold from our air ducts and cleaning the ducts. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the process, and they did the work the same day they came to give me an estimate. It cost a little more than I expected, but they did a lot of work in removing the mold and sanitizing the ducts, and it had never been done in our 60 year old home. I recommend Ductman to anyone needing this service. I am very happy with the experience I had with this company.

They arrived at the scheduled time, communicated all the possibilities before the inspection and showed me pictures of their findings. I decided to use their services and they were able to clean, treat and sanitize all my vents, the same day, for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The service was great both times. The technicians were professional and courteous. They took before and after photos to show us what was going on and to show the wonderful job they did cleaning up the vents. They explained various treatment options and next steps. They did not rush out the door when the job was complete. Instead they took time to answer our questions and thoroughly explain their warranty. We won’t use anyone else and highly recommend this company!
