Ridiculous. Came in last hour which i know sucks so immediately ask for help so i can get out quickly, was told "Not my section let me find someone" 30 minutes later still no one but you sure as heck have people standinf by the intercom to count down closing time. If you had helped me in the first place would have been in and out with 30+ minutes to spare! Ridiculous. I understand not knowing specific things thats 100% ok, if no one is available that DOES know THATS ok. Whats NOT is leaving someone and ignoring them for 30+ minutes- especially close to closing time so you make them feel like a jerk for being in there! A quick "Hey sorry we dont have anyone on the clock who can help you today" would have been perfectly fine!
