- NENed Eastwood1 day ago1.0I have been a very loyal customer of Lowe's for 25 years. The staff and or associates have always been great until I received the wrong order then the management expected me to cover finically for their mistake. Unacceptable over a half million dollars of business with the company obviously was not worth $219 or even $20 of a discount for my time and troubles. They told me everything they couldn't do but nothing they could do. That gets your fired un my company; Donald said it best. YOUR FIRED
- MGM Gleason1 day ago1.0Not a great experience ordering a zero turn to be delivered. I scheduled the delivery weeks in advance only for them to change it to a day I was unavailable the week of. I don't think the online customer service fully understood my situation. They offered me a 10% discount, which I accepted. Once I tried to reschedule the delivery to a day I was available, they said that rescheduling would void my discount. I ended up cancelling all together. I'm going to Ag-Pro for all my equipment needs from here on out.

But rung up for 2cents the assistant manager Kyle said it was a recall on them. Which I don't believe. I will not every shop this location again

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
