I had and issue of concern regarding a change of unit/size. One of the office staff team; being customer service oriented moved with a one and done focus to resolve my experience and I greatly appreciated that however, I was prompted to relocate my business as I learned that your company changes prices monthly. A practice that is unacceptable when it is done on a yearly basis by your competitors.
