Even though they were currently out of stock they looked up a another local shop that had them in stock and let me know so I could have it today. Will definitely be checking with them first next time as it's hard to find customer service like that these days. Gentleman on the phone was prompt and polite.
- RBRalph BradleyAug 17, 20245.0I phoned and made an appointment to repair our Maytag clothes washer that was leaking water. I phoned back to add repair of our Maytag natural gas range's oven that was heating too slowly. Curtis, the owner, repaired the oven on his first visit less than a week later. The igniter had gone bad. Curtis showed us that there were holes in the door gasket of our front loader washer. He ordered the part. To replace it required removing the front and top of the washer. He charged us once both jobs were completed. Getting these repairs done was a pleasant experience. We recommend this company for in home appliance repairs.

We got in contact with the store bc Lowes and Home Depot didn't have the part. The man was so helpful! He walked us through exactly how to remove things, put the belt on, and put it all back together again. We even called for guidance while working. This does not go as smooth without these guys! Needless to say we fixed the dryer... and our parents will never know it was broke. Lol Thanks!
