- DSDave SmithApr 3, 20255.0Needed to have the water inlet valve replaced on our Frigidaire. Called several places and Bordens was the only one responsive to our request. We gave them the model number and they said would be a few days for the part to arrive. Showed up two days later at 4 in the afternoon and had it done and out the door in a jiffy. Definitely old school as they take checks for payment.

I phoned back to add repair of our Maytag natural gas range's oven that was heating too slowly. Curtis, the owner, repaired the oven on his first visit less than a week later. The igniter had gone bad. Curtis showed us that there were holes in the door gasket of our front loader washer. He ordered the part. To replace it required removing the front and top of the washer. He charged us once both jobs were completed. Getting these repairs done was a pleasant experience. We recommend this company for in home appliance repairs.
