Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing. Lowes uses Flock cameras in their parking lots to spy on you, what car you drive, and uploads that information to a global database which is accessible by law enforcement and anyone else who is authorized to that data. This is disgusting, dystopian, and a massive invasion of privacy. Please take your business elsewhere. Lowes is not the only place to do this, look up the Flock map yourself and stop supporting businesses with these cameras.

Self check outs are for tyrants. If I wanted to work at Lowes I would. If I need something Home Depot doesn't have then I guess I dont need it. Put people behind the registers or at least give me an 11% rebate

Ok…a week ago I was trying to help my husband out. Lowe’s was delivering a new refrigerator to rental property, but he had something come up at work. As soon as he got the call from delivery driver he texted me and I left to meet them. As I was pulling up to the house, I saw a Lowe’s truck heading north at the corner. I got the number of the driver from my husband and tried to call. They claimed they waited 15 minutes but I don’t believe it. They wouldn’t come back even after I called the store. The fridge was still on the truck. I was still at the house. Store PROMISED it would then be delivered the next day but it wasn’t delivered until 2 days later. Store says delivery people are contracted and they couldn’t make them go back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t care that they are contracted, they are driving a truck with your company name on it. Absolutely ruined my day and I have no intention of ever shopping there again.

I went to Lowe's in Sioux Falls on April 2nd to buy a power tool and a gift card. It took a while till I finally found someone that I thought could help me. They said they had to find someone that could unlock the tool. I waited about 10 minutes and he didn't come back. I found another person that I was hoping could help me but they didn't have the magnet key either. After finally getting the tool I was waiting for I headed to checkout. Of course self checkout. Someone had to help me check out because of the power tool and the gift card. After I paid for everything I selected to print the receipt, I got the receipt then a message popped up on the display saying the gift card failed to load. It's a good thing I was still standing there when the message came up. The next part of wasting my time was having to head to customer service. They were not able to load the card, told me I had to get another card. I was not impressed with the fact that they have to credit me back the $100 for the gift card and it takes about a week till I get my $100 back and I had to pay another $100 if I wanted the new card loaded. If I buy a gift card, stop at customer service to be sure it got loaded before you leave the store.
