Id leave none if I could, I really dont like this place or a certain asm named donald anglin to be specific, I called because I live out of town an hour away and wanted flowers and wanted to know if you had them due to the price of gas I wasnt about to waste time and money if you didnt have them and he refused to look and was very rude to me if this is the help you hire id rather not give my hard earned money away to people like this

Worst company ever….. we went and picked out French doors for my kitchen, they came out measured and matched up the stain and said it would be like 10 weeks, well we weren’t hearing anything back so we called and they never even ordered it,,, omg!!!! So we call the guy oh I’ll call ya back no call so we go out to Lowe’s and the manager calls the guy that came out he says oh I’ll call them back never called back….. 8000 your loss…. I will never step foot in that store ever again!!!!!’ If I had time I would probably take them to court. But that’s ok freedom of speech…..

If I could do no stars I would! They changed there return policy apparently and now im stuck with almost $200 in brackets that are not needed because they cant figure out how to do the return! Home depot has the same things and doesn't screw over their customers.

I had to give 1 star or it wouldn't let me post. I just may cut up the credit card I just applied for in April 2026. We placed an order with vinyl fencing. I received an email on April 29th that my items were ready for pickup. My husband & I drove the 100 mile round trip with trailer to pick up on May 15th. They could not find our order but before they even looked for our order a guy put in the system that it was picked up. We ran some errands while they got our order pulled but when we came back, approx 2-3 hrs later they couldn't find it. We waited an additional 2 hrs while they continued to look. NOTHING! They said they would reorder it and have it shipped directly to us, no shipping charge. So we went back home with an empty trailer. Now, little over 2 weeks later, haven't heard a word about it order. My recent email that I did get, says order was picked up May 15th! 🤷♀️ This morning, June 1st, I called the corporate headquarters. They gave me a case # and got my call thru to the right person at the Sioux Falls store. We did get things settled FINALLY but now delayed in trying to find a contractor since they are all getting booked up for summer projects! Unless you want to pay a price for them to do a weekend!! I will now be shopping at Home Depot or Menard's! Not to mention Ace Hardware already has 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!! That's my #1 store but unfortunately they don't handle vinyl fencing.
