  I needed a key copied and tried those automated machines. Terrible experience. Bob’s on the other hand was AWESOME. They were faster and precise on the key cut than automation. Friendly service.

  Did not get the lady's name that helped me but she was fantastic! She saved our trip by making a key to start our mobility cart after we left our keys at home,5 hours away! So helpful and good at her job! Would recommend to anyone! Very reasonably priced too!

  Stopped in today to get a couple FOB keys cut and Rylee, an associate, went above and beyond to help with the issues I was having with the new key FOBs; I Highly recommend them, Great Service, Great Prices!!

  Amazing service! Packed up my daughter for college with all her things in the roof rack - and then promptly lost the car keys and roof rack keys. Spent the night searching everything - went through the garbage, under tables and retracing our steps - no dice. I called Bob’s after dialing a few locksmiths that said they could get into the car but couldn’t cut keys. Bob’s had new keys cut in 20 minutes. They even asked if I needed keys for the side rails, which I did but hadn’t thought about. Not only friendly, but capable, quick and so great to work with!

  Traveling to Sioux Falls for work and my truck key got run over by a lawnmower. Called around town to dealership, other locksmiths, and hardware stores. Bobs was the only place that said they’d get me taken care of. Had me in and out quickly - less than 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the store was clean and professional. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thankful for the entire team at Bobs. They even saved me an additional charge by giving guidance on what to provide and what not to provide. Top notch from beginning to end.
