    Truckers do not go here they have 1 working bay. You will have to remove the trailer that is already there before dropping yours in. Extra work. They haven’t fixed that door in a year. Also broker will not pay you if you refuse to do so.

    I frequently shop at this At Home location, but after what I witnessed on Friday, June 12th (around 4:30 pm), I don’t think I’ll be back. I was near the checkout shopping when I overheard a male customer politely ask a cashier if certain items were on sale. Instead of a normal, polite response, the cashier, a middle-aged woman with black hair, snapped at him, aggressively stating they were clearly marked as not on sale. The customer was completely taken aback (so was I frankly) but he stayed entirely calm, simply mentioning that the aisle signage was a bit confusing. The cashier doubled down, yelling louder and more aggressively that it "wasn't her problem if he couldn't read the sign." It was so hostile I almost walked out right then. It got worse. Another man (unclear if it was a customer or someone else) came in from the parking lot, got directly in the male customer's face, and became incredibly aggressive, to the point where I genuinely thought the man from the parking lot was going to get physical with the customer. Instead of de-escalating, the cashier started yelling over them again. Through all of this, the customer remained completely composed, paid for his items, and prepared to leave. As he walked out, the cashier threw a loud, incredibly sarcastic "have a good day and come again" after him. The way this employee treated a calm customer asking a simple question was completely unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable that I set my items down and walked out without buying anything. Everyone has bad days, but this went way beyond that it was disrespectful and disappointing. I will be hard pressed to return to the store if this is the way they treat their customers.

    If I could give my review 0 stars, I would. 1 is too generous. We spent an hour walking around the store shopping for planters and looking through the “75% OFF” clearance section. We got to the check out and one of our items that had a 75% off sticker and was found in the 75% off clearance section (originally $80), rang up as $68. We asked what it rang up as because our total seemed high. She rudely responded with “$68”. We pointed at the huge 75% off sticker on the top of the table and she just shrugged and said “my system says it’s $68”. So we again pointed at the clearance sticker and said it was in the 75% off section. She looked at us like we were stupid and again said “well that’s what my system says.” We asked for a manager and then she snapped at me and told me to hit the “red x” on the machine to cancel the order then she very rudely said with the biggest attitude and huge sigh, “my system doesn’t even allow me to do 75% off. The best I can do is 50% off”. So I pushed back and said “you have an entire section labeled 75% off and your system just won’t allow you to do that? You just go with what the system says?” She just kept getting more agitated with us and said “yep”. We were so caught off guard but the horrendous customer service that we left all of our items and walked out. As we were walking out, she yelled, “great sounds good, thank you very much!” in the most childish and unprofessional tone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We havent been to this store in years and today reminded us why we will never be back. Thankful Sioux Falls has a lot of other options that carry the items we need and have employees that have common decency and respect. This worker looked like she hated her job and everyone she spoke to. We believe her name was Nancy. (The only one working until close at the register on May 28, 2026). Outside of the awful customer service, if your store is advertising a sale that your system doesn’t even allow to input into the system, you are breaking so many regulations. Unfair & deceptive practices on multiple levels. Unreal.
