Ben and Alex have been a great help to myself and our company for years. I recommend them to anyone I come across for anything pool or spa related. Their pricing is fair, responses are prompt and knowledgeable.

Obviously this store caters to hot tubs sauna and such. Looking for billiards/cues and supplies...their stock was really depleted with few cues, only supply of right hand gloves (needed left hand) and other accessories were minimal in stock. Their customer service was great, knowledgeable and friendly. My biggest issue was lack of stock in the billiard supply. I did buy a cue for a decent price, and case only cuz I did find one that I liked. I am not, not recommending, just making the point of non availability of stocked billiard supplies! Doesn't hurt to pay them a visit, nice people.

Thanks to Ben and his team that helped get the pool we inherited finally up and running again! We highly recommend working with them for any of your pool or hot tub needs! They truly care and make sure the job is done correctly.

This rating is for Alek Dallman. We have dealt with Splash City for years now. Some good, and some very bad experiences. Alek is by far one of the best people we've dealt with so far! He is very friendly, professional and comes off as trust worthy.... Very rare these days. We think he deserves a shout out for a job well done!
