Went in person to check on the status of our online stove purchase, TO TRY AND TALK TO A HUMAN, only to meet multiple inept staff members that further undermined our confidence. The appliance person had less than zero knowledge about our inquiry, and almost immediately invited me to use their computer myself to figure out if our stove came with an LP conversion kit or not. The attendant literally made up answers to our questions, had no clue on how to even look up the model, said we would need to get a "technician in from DENVER" to do a simple natural gas to propane conversion on a cookstove! Preposterous made up BS. If I didn't have the skills to do this myself, I don't know what people would be facing to get this done. I just hope it shows at our house undamaged, and just look at the photos of the DANGEROUS and poor workmanship on here when getting things installed by them. We won't ever use this company again, and we don't even have the product in our possession yet. Let's see what kind of trainwreck workers we get that MIGHT bring us a stove today. Don't you dare write from some other location how badly you want to provide good service. This company and particularly this store is a DISASTER. Don't write anything, just let others see the long line of SUCK here in the reviews.

Very disappointed in the service at Lowes. We stopped into the Rapid City Store on Sunday with the intent of purchasing a new dishwasher. An associate almost immediately helped us. He was extremely kind and answered a few questions. He then just disappeared and never came back. I was able to find someone in a different part of the store who was already slammed and had to wait over 45 minutes just to talk to this associate, leaving empty handed. I called the store this morning in the hopes that we could talk to an associate and ask a few more questions with intent of ultimately purchasing through that associate. It took me calling three different times and being on hold over 20 minutes for someone to finally answer. The associate who answered in appliances was very rude when I explained my situation. I ended up hanging up and looking elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible management. I bought a fridge and was told it would be a week. Only reason I said okay cuz I can survive a week with out one. Well a month later it finally came in. Attempted to talk to management multiple times with no success.
Also bought a light switch that rang up for 40 dollars there's no price tag anywhere near for $40 dollars and the product was priced at $11. Customer Service told me to come back later cuz she didn't have an answer. All this store does is wastes my time and money and I will not be going back!

Experience over years has been ok (not great, not horrible) but have just noticed Flock cameras installed at entrances in addition to standard surveillance cameras. Immediately left. Will be moving business to competitors now.
