RECEIVING for trucks opens 8am. thats when receiving ppl supposedly come in. & its not disclosed anywhere outside the store around dock area. so when you ring the bell between 6-8am you get a surprise w/ out store's guilt

Amazing that this place is in business, must be revenue from small items only. We came in to purchase a riding lawn mower and the guy in the camo vest (pretty sure a manager) couldn’t be bothered to help. Acted like he was accosted to even consider. Mind you we also had a full cart of garden and lawn supplies as well. So we left.
Will not be giving Lowe’s our money, plenty of better home improvement stores in the area.

Coming here is easily one of the worst experiences I can have. I truly dread having to be here. It is incredibly difficult to find any employee to help you, not to mention when you do find one, they literally run away from you lol.
We waited over 30 minutes to have a wheelbarrow unlocked after notifying SEVERAL employees until finally someone came out just shy of the 40 minute mark in the heat.
We had another time where we just decided to do a pickup and even that was a freaking nightmare; they have 2 pickup kiosks, 1 of which does not work, so we went to the customer service desk and he told us “oh that one doesn’t work, you have to use this one.” Put a sign up maybe so that people can pick up their orders easily?
Nothing is ever simple coming to Lowe’s; it always is an absolute nightmare and a “quick 20 minute trip” easily becomes over an hour because of the disorganization and inability to find & receive help.

Went to Lowe’s to get new kitchen cabinets off the shelf nothing fancy.
We had an older worker help us. He did help and get a couple flat carts to put the cabinets on but did not help load it which would have been nice.
Now with 2 flat carts and a shopping basket, we could have used help to get to the registers but he just stood there.
We eventually got everything to the register and that guy was nice and helpful. We asked for help loading so he called twice.
We pulled the truck up and waited for the help which never showed. So we started loading it ourselves which wasn’t easy. Another truck pulled up and a couple workers all of a sudden were helping that customer but never once came over to offer help after our request prior. Even after they were finished with the other person we were still trying to load our cabinets and counters. And no one came to help even then.
Lowe’s employees need to be aware of their surroundings and read the room sort of speak to help when needed instead of just ignoring the situation and hoping someone else steps in.
