    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Visited the Rapid City. SD store on May 4th and purchased a new refrigerator. Delivery, installation and removal of existing fridge was paid for. New fridge was delivered and installed on May 8 as agreed to. Delivery crew stated their truck was too full to take the old fridge but they would come back later that day to pick it up. Called the store today, 24 hours later, and spoke with an associate who said management would call back. 2.5 hours later with no call I again called the store and eventually spoke with management (Makalea) who really did not seem to care. Supposedly they will come get the old fridge 2 days from now. Not holding my breath. No, we're not impressed and will not be visiting this store again.

    Rapid city lowes has to be the worst maganged store ever! Im a contractor go to order a shower. Supposed to be delivered april 7th, then get a notification that day the date changes to the 10th. So no big deal I understand things happen. The 10th comes and get another notification changed to the 18th! Well not its a problem i have clients waiting to use their shower and its 11 days late.... I call lowes for multiple days trying to find the doors currently located or if it got broke along the way. I finally go down there after them saying they will call.me back 3 different times and the magangers all seem to be out at the moment. I get the manufacturer number with PO # and call them my self and find out who the fright company is and come to find out is been sitting at a transfer warehouse for 5 days!! And tell why it took me going down and getting that info from their computer screen and doing the leg work myself. BTW still waiting on the door... I will not.be doing business with lowes again. So unprofessional

    Terrible service! Bought a fire table patio set and when it was delivered, it was assembled incorrectly. Returned it, and when it was on its way to be delivered the second time, the delivery driver called to say he could see it was still assembled incorrectly and didn’t want to deliver it. At that point, after setting aside two different days for delivery, we gave up and asked the store for a refund. We were met with a bunch of attitude, no apologies, and a manager lied about the amount that was refunded to our card. Had to go to corporate to get the remainder of our refund. The same manager asked a coworker if he wasn’t “getting any from his wife” while I was on the phone with him. Go to Menards or Knechts. Just don’t shop here.
