  I stopped at your store to check out mattresses. Francisco Hernandez showed me your inventory. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for in comfort. I appreciate that he never put pressure on me to buy. He was pleasant to work with I will be a returning customer because of my experience today thank you !

  The sales rep, Lilli, Was very helpful today. Her friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service is greatly appreciated. She explained in detail about each mattress that we looked at, but did not high pressure. We did choose and purchase a mattress and thanks to her. She suggested a mattress cover, which I had forgotten to ask about. Thank you so much and special thanks to Lilli.😊

  We went to the store looking for a new mattress and Nick Owen was very attentive to what we were looking for. He showed us several different options and any questions we had he was very knowledgeable with the different manufacturers and what the specifications were. He was not pushy (which is a huge plus) but more interested in what we wanted and what felt right for us. He made our purchase a more comfortable experience vs feeling like we "had" to buy something. If you are in the market for a new mattress ask for Nick. He will take care of you!

  My husband and I went to Denver Mattress in Rapid City to price new beds and met Nick who was knowledgeable, polite and so helpful in showing us all the options. He didn’t pressure us to purchase the first time we looked, which was so refreshing. We returned a couple of weeks later and he again patiently showed us all the options. No heavy handed sales pitch, just information to help us make the right choice for us. We ended up purchasing our bed at that time. It was such a great experience, we highly recommend this store and when you go, ask for Nick.

  I bought a great mattress at Denver Mattress about 4 years ago. I was so happy with it that I wanted to purchase another one. I picked a less-than-busy time to shop and Francisco was able to look up my previous purchase and guide me through some options. He certainly had the identical mattress, but informed me how that company improved their mattresses by wrapping the coils. This resulted in a more stable mattress when moving around. I was able to compare mattresses in the showroom we considered foundation and frame options. Ultimately, I bought the upgraded mattress for myself. And I will rotate my bed to the guest room. That means that my future guests will also have a cozy bed in which to rest after a long day playing in the Black Hills. 🤠
