- GFGail FleuryJul 12, 20262.0Turned on and made some minor repairs to my sprinkler system, the beginning of June. The Tech showed me where the hose either had pulled apart or a tree root had gone through it. Asked him to upgrade the heads when they came to do the repair. Gave me an estimate I agreed to have the work done. I was told it would be awhile because the were very busy. First week in July I texted asking if they could tell me when they would be here to do the repairs and upgrades. No answer. Sent a text about a week later with the same question. No answer.

The price seemed great and the owner was friendly. Many of the plants/trees they planted died within a year despite the fact that I took good care of them. The second summer, I noticed some problems with the sprinklers. Had a few other sprinkler companies come out to talk about the cost of repairs and they all commented on the poor quality of work that was done. I fixed the problems that were needed. Now I find out the system they put in to run the sprinklers was not done properly. The person fixing it just told me it would have flooded my crawlspace within a year.
