The staff is always helpful, whether they are busy or not, which most of the time it is busy there. I believe it’s because of the staff and doing everything in their power to help you as much as possible. I gotta give it up to them because every employee that I’ve come in contact with, if you need help looking for something, they know exactly where it is. I would be lost in that store for hours lol so idk how they do it, but they are definitely great at what they do. Keep up the great work!!! 😊

I have a bad knee. I parked at lumber to get one sheet of sheet rock. Got my materials, walked the store for plumbing materials needed on the other side. Got in line at the prodesk as it was the only line opened. Rachel was handling a complex order. I waited and waited. Finally i had to ask how much more time that transaction will take. Thanks Rachel! 🙄 she knew I was waiting and could have saved me time by being proactive and let me know.
I did not appreciate it had to walk to the other side of the store with a long load. Check out at a crowded self-serve kiosk. Then walk back the other side of the parking lot. Is their profit margins are so thin that having a cashier to take care of regular customers is too much? I know the prodesk is important but as a DIY home owner I need that customer support too.
