  The manager, Adam, at the storage facility was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process while showing me a 10x15 unit and explained everything clearly. The facility itself is very clean and secure, with easy access to elevators and carts which makes moving in and out simple. There are also restrooms located at the back of the building. Adam gave us a full tour and has a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. The whole process was quick and smooth and we were in and out within 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciate is that they only raise the rent once a year, so you know your price will stay consistent after you sign your agreement. Overall, it was a great experience.

  Ample Storage has been by far the best facility I’ve dealt with in Sumter. It’s very clean and provides excellent security. Adam made sure we were taken care of as soon as we walked in. If you have any questions he has the answers.

  Went in to acquire information. After the conversation decided this was the best selection. The units are new and clean. I was walked to unit and love the space and pricing. The customer service was very professional. Would recommend this to anyone getting an unit.

  I give Ample storage a 5 Star rating. Adam made this process very easy. He took time to show me how to access the gate and went another step farther to show me my unit and how to access the light switch. This move has been stressful but knowing the security and safety of this place helps me stay relieved. Thank you Adam. Crystal Jones

  Great experience with Ample Storage in Sumter! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is helpful and the whole process from move-in to payments is simple and smooth. I also like the climate-controlled units and how well everything is maintained. Definitely recommend if you need reliable storage in the area!
