  Our experience with Palmetto Landscaping was a positive one from beginning to end. We had a fence and stone deck installed. They also prepared beds for plantings, etc. Everything was done to our satisfaction by professionals. We are happy with the results

  Palmetto Landscaping has a contract with the apartment complex I live at. Where they regularly refused to do their job. I've added photos. Don't hire them unless you want your front yard that look like this! When I called to complain not only did they refuse to fix what they've been not doing they refused to do stuff like weed eat around my apartment blow my porch off you know showing their behinds. This is the kind of service and customer service you get from Palmetto Landscaping you've been warned!

  Had someone come out to give us an estimate on June 18th. 7-10 business days to here back, no problem I understand busy time of year. It now 11 July and after 4 phone calls to them still no estimate. It’s obvious to me they are only interested in the big contracts

  They installed a patio & some shade sails on March 5th. We absolutely LOVE the patio. However, the shade sails were a problem from the beginning. They were not hung at the proper pitch & collected rain. We had to dump them out several times during rain storms & they began to stretch out. I sent an email asking if they could come adjust them on May 2nd and never heard back. With the big storm we had on June 26th one of the sails broke. I assume from the stretching & tension that had developed over time the spot where it was anchored weakened & the wind caused it to rip. We are extremely disappointed in the fact that the sails only lasted 4 months & that we were ignored when we reached out to see if there was a solution to the problem. We will go elsewhere for our landscaping needs from now on.

  After 28 years, our front yard was mostly dirt, and the bushes next to the house were scraggly and covered the windows. Palmetto Landscaping sodded the lawn with a shade tolerant grass, removed the ugly bushes and replaced with lovely encore azaleas and dwarf gardenias. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and at a reasonable cost. Thanks!
