I cannot recommend Jessica and this company highly enough. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will quickly see how much she cares about the people and properties she serves. I manage a car wash in North Charleston, and Jessica has been helping me and our company navigate landscaping and property maintenance across eight other properties as well. She has been responsive, dependable, and generous with her time throughout the process. Whether I had a question or needed help coordinating the next step, she was there to answer a call or text and help us move forward with confidence. Today, the install crew completed a large job at one of our properties, and their work was exceptional. They arrived ready to work, completed the job quickly and professionally, and made the entire experience easy for us. Jessica was there the whole time, making sure everything went smoothly. The crew leader was outstanding as well. I cannot recall his name at the moment, but he deserves to be recognized alongside Jessica and the rest of this hardworking crew. This is the team I would want handling my most important projects. I would recommend Jessica and this company a thousand times over for both commercial and residential work. Jessica, thank you for your dedication, your communication, and the care you have shown our team. Your guidance made a complex undertaking much easier to navigate and played a major part in our decision to work with your company. We are grateful for this experience and look forward to a long business relationship.

Highly recommend this company. Worked with Garon on the design side, and John and Elbe on the installation side. It was an outstanding experience, great communication and workmanship, very professional job. Couldn't be happier!

I wish I could give a positive review, but in good conscience, I cannot. I wanted a triple hedge. The hedge in the middle was already existing. The red circled area is the teeny weeny hedge they installed. Also in front circle is a teeny weeny shrub that supposed to be the size of the one on the left both of which they installed. They trimmed without asking permission, the bottom branches of my maple tree on the side of house, grown for privacy. Replaced the area with these ugly shrubs. They did replace the back hedge but I'm left with very small hedge in front that I will not see grown in my lifetime. I showed them some dying plants around my palmetto tree. They said it should come back in spring. When I showed them, they said it was now out of warrantee but they would replace at a discount. I declined. Put wrong type tree in center of lawn. They did correct and replace. I could go on but I think I've said enough.

We wanted to share a little bit of our great experience with Palmetto Landscaping for our new paver patio. It started with Garon, who provided us with an explanation of the paver process and also our estimate. Only a few weeks later, John and his crew started the installation of our beautiful patio, nonetheless in the midst of the crazy August heat. John explained all phases of the job and answered all my questions that I had. Palmetto Landscaping Team is nothing short of professional, courteous and very talented! We would not hesitate to recommend them! Thank you Palmetto!
