Do not use the LOWES HVAC Installers / Replacement program or ARS Rescue Rooter!
A year ago both of my home A/Cs units were replaced by ARS Rescue Rooter through a LOWES HVAC program. I spent over $20k for the new HVACs and almost from the initial installation I’ve had multiple warranty service calls. Initially my A/c problem were my upstairs split unit that had a low Freon charge, then on my split unit Thermo Expansion Valve (TRX) and filter dryer went bad. Both were cover under warranty but repairs took over a month because ARS sent multiple technicians to my house “verify” previous technician parts and estimates. A little over a month later, and after multiple attempts to reschedule seasonal maintenance checks and services under the installers premier maintenance service plan, the package unit that was installed now has a bad blower fan and the installer (ARS Rescue Roooter) wants almost a $1000 to replace the part. Delayed maintenance services should not equate to $1000 dollar repair's. Find another HVAC Installer if you can.

I bought a refrigerator here and it’s leaking from the manufacturer. I came to them and told them I only want to swap it, I don’t want the money back and they tried to get me out of the store for the first time. I called the manufacturer and they sent the tech to my house and he said it’s manufacturer’s fault and he said they need to pick it up. I came back with the RA number from the manufacturer, they tried to send me out again for the second time and the refrigerator had been bought for almost a month this time and nobody want o fix the problem. Declan was the only one help me out and he schedule for the pick up and he said when the refrigerator is in their storage, the will refund my money. This time is over a month and I need the refrigerator so I bought a new one since they told me they refund me and can’t swap it. It’s 10 days after the refrigerator was picked up and no one call me or refund the money so I called back today as 8/31/2026 (I bought the refrigerator from 7/19/2026) and she told me she can’t refund me, she will send another refrigerator. That’s a bunch of liars, bullshit people. They better get my money back or I will get them to court. I’ve been buy most of the stuffs from them and this is how they treated their customer. Stay away from Lowe’s.

Went today to purchase a new cloths dryer to replace my old one. The first person I encountered in the appliance department was a young lady by the name of Yolanda. The kindest most thorough associate I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time!! Explained the dryer I purchased , the warranty program, where all the installation essentials were !! It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
