I got a lot going on and Tammy was the sweetest and a great help to get a unit and move into in a matter of minutes. Directions to my unit and how to access the gate instructions were clear and easy to understand thanks to her. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Renting a unit at Extra Space Storage on Old Trolley Road has been nothing but frustrating. They continually increase the rental rates every few months, using the excuse that the unit is “popular.” At this point, it seems like every unit is suddenly a “popular unit” whenever they want to justify raising the price.
Let’s be honest: this feels like a complete rip-off. You sign up thinking you’re getting a reasonable rate, and then before you know it, you’re paying significantly more just to keep the same storage unit. The constant price increases are ridiculous and, in my opinion, completely unreasonable.
The facility is not worth the money they’re charging, and I am absolutely done giving them my business. This is my last month renting here. I’m taking my business elsewhere, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting a unit here to read the fine print, expect your rate to continuously increase every 3 months, and think twice before signing up.
I will never rent from Extra Space Storage again. Enough is enough!
