My communication with her and resolution bought my stars up from 1 to 4........ if the new manager at this location take note from the regional manager and have empathy when addressing customers the store will be in great hands! .........I recently did a purchase and when it was delivered i noticed that the living room set wasn't what I expected it to be, i immediately asked the delivery guys to please take it back they asked me to call the store even though they was still there. When i called the store they had an attitude with me when I told them it wasnt what i expected based on the pictures i was shown and wanted to return it and the delivery guys were outside, they told me I would not be able to return and had to wait a whole week before someone picked it up. The manager even said to me ,"didn't you see the pictures of the furniture " real rude to me when I told her it wasn't what i expected and even made me explain why. I will not be using this store again and I just believe they want to charge me. I was already given misinformation like i was told that i had to signup for automatic payments before i got my delivery and i know that to be false since I had leased furniture from aarons before. I really want someone to please contact me and I want this furniture out of my place asap and i want a full refund of all my money. The only good thing was the delivery guys were nice and respectful they were only following the directions the store gave them

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
