After countless phone calls to other companies, they were the only one that immediately offered quick service. What we believed to be a simple issue was determined to be a damaged motor, and despite the more complicated fix, they had us up and running within hours of my original call to them. Frank was, and continues to be, beyond helpful. He told me he has been in the business for decades and it most certainly shows. Feeling valued and taken care of as a customer feels exceptionally rare these days, but Water Solutions clearly knows how to treat people. I also want to mention Rick, who beyond being incredibly efficient at what he does, was an absolute joy to talk to and be around. I cannot emphasize enough how kind everyone was to us today. In short, what we paid was more than fair and everyone involved was wonderful. I am so happy to have found such a great business that I will absolutely be using for all of my pool needs and repairs in the future.

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can settle your bill using cash, check, or any of the major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
What does a service call cost?
Our service call fee is $125. We require a credit or debit card on file before dispatching a technician. If you choose to proceed with our services, we'll waive the $125 fee and only bill you for the necessary parts and labor.
How do I pay for a new liner?
For a new liner, we require a 50% deposit to secure your place in line and order the liner. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. To initiate this process, we need a credit card on file.
How much water should I be losing in a week?
Water loss varies by season. In spring and summer, expect 0.25" to 0.50" daily. Fall sees 0.50" to 1" daily, while winter ranges from 0 to 0.50" daily.
When's the best time to close my pool?

How can I tell if I have algae or just dirt in my pool?
Algae typically grows on both vertical walls and the pool bottom. If you notice discoloration only on the bottom, it's likely dirt. Algae growth tends to be more widespread.
How do I get rid of algae?
