  Leslie’s pool is the best!!! Betty is amazing and knowledgeable! She never sells me anything I don’t need. She has helped me maintain my pool for the last five years or more. All I can say is thank you. Keep up the good work.

  Betty and Mason have been outstanding. Betty has helped for years. I bought a VRX Model robotic pool cleaner 3 years ago. I had an error message pop up three months past the three-year warranty. She got it taken care of as we’ve never had a warranty claim with them before. When I got home it had another error code. I took it back the next day and Mason had it going that afternoon and they were just as nice about it as they could be. It is refreshing. When I went to pick it up the first time, Betty was on a 12 foot folding ladder, fixing one of the tiles in the ceiling. They definitely care about the clients, their company and that store.

  Went to get chemicals for our spa—great selection and reasonable prices. Giving 2 stars because of the experience we had when trying to resolve a water issue (white flakes). We were asked to bring in a water sample for testing, which we did. The initial test didn’t identify the cause, so the manager (Brenda, I believe) asked if she could take the sample to her “lab” and call us the next day (Sunday). She mentioned it could be “white mold” and told us not to get in the water. I appreciated the extra effort, but after looking up white mold, I was understandably concerned about what that could mean for treatment. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. I called the store several times the following week and was told testing was “taking longer.” In the meantime, we couldn’t use the spa because we didn’t know how to properly treat the issue. As of now (3 weeks later), I still have not received a call back. After waiting over a week, I went to another Leslie’s location and had a much better experience. Within just two days of following their recommendations, the issue was resolved—and it was not white mold. Edit to add: Leslie’s responded to my review to contact them directly, to which is did via email 2 weeks ago and still no response to that email. Dropping my review to 1 star as they make it appear they resolved this issue when that isn’t the case.
