Recently we purchased a full set of new parts to re do our fence around the house, the delivery was very quick? Yes, but I was missing 18 brackets of 48 , on top of that 4 of our plastic panels were damaged really bad, me and my wife went to the customer service desk and the person in charge told us that he was sorry but we had to call ourselves the other store because they split the order and the part that we were missing was their responsibility when we purchased everything on that store, after almost a hour of back and forward 2 other female employees went above and beyond to help us with that issue, next day we received our plastic panels replacements total of (4) and again, 2 were broken, the delivery guy was professional, he apologized for the inconvenience and took a few pictures of the panels that were visible broken and told us that they were going to let their supervisor know about that and show him the pictures, is being several days now and I’m still waiting to finish my fence work because of the unprofessionalism of a few people who just have to look and double check that everything is in good condition and correct.
Maybe this is nothing but as soon as finish paying off everything that I buy I will cut that card in tiny pieces and Lowe’s will not get more money from me.
This is my first and last time buying anything from that store ever again.

Fred helped my husband and I with a lawn mower we purchased last weekend on 6/6. He was extremely kind, professional, patient, and helpful. The thing that impressed us the most is he was not only like that with us but also with the other employees who kept coming to him for help. I assume he’s a manager. Very kind and patient person! We appreciated his help.

Will never never buy from Lowe’s again. They hire out to a company to deliver their products, the delivery company damaged the floor in our house and refused to take care of the damages even after the delivery -showed Lowe’s the damage that he did by dragging a refrigerator across the floor, no one will take responsibility, this doesn’t even include the damage to the refrigerator because they use straps to deliver. I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe’s, never never again!

Went to Lowe’s in Simpsonville today to get a key copied. Sounds simple…I went to hardware, no one there, went to paint and they called for help in hardware, no one came, I went to the customer key machine and couldn’t get it to work, I went to the front they called for help in hardware, I went back to hardware and no one came. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and spoke to 5 different people. I finally gave up and left the store.
