    The customer service at this Lowe's is really good and it is always clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they do need to hire more people; the self checkout can really bunch up when it's busy and it's nice to have more of the human touch.

    Placed an online order for socket wrenches, easy, placing the order online was easy, used the app, showed no issue with order at all, the order arrived, a set of 6 wrenches, metric, they sent one wrong size, I call lowe’s and they tell me to issue a refund/replacement, I HAD to physically go into a lowe’s (couldn’t do it by phone/app/or online because my order had been outsourced to a subcontractor business that Lowes doesn’t own but uses when they don’t have items in stock that get ordered, The two star rating is for Lowes not letting me know that they do this, I could just use walmart or amazon if I wanted outside businesses for options, I ordered from Lowes because I thought they shipped AND sold the items ordered from their site/app, not outsourced them if they don’t have them in stock , the second reason is tied to this , that I had to waste my time, gas, to go i into a Lowes(none are close to me) to get a refund for a mistake that the outside business that they used when I ordered. Then I go into store and initially they tell me after I mentioned that re- shipping the right item should not cost me anything since it was their chosen outside businesses fault I got the wrong item (they said I was going to have to pay shipping again), after wasting a decent amount of time and energy, they finally deducted the shipping and replaced my order for delivery(I didn’t bother asking who they were going to use this time to fulfill the order but am absolutely never buying anything online or in app from Lowes again, only in store, unless they start having outside store kiosks start selling items in the aisles,too.

    Awful customer service. Order was placed early morning . I waited til 4pm and drove 30 min from home to come get called order not ready fine I’ll go run some errands come back order still not ready not answer phones finally get ahold of the order won’t be done til 7:30. Drive back home come back am placed on hold 2 times have to go in for my curbside order just to have to pull to two 3 different doors to get all my items. My order was not ready even after several hours and then telling me it was ready. Order placed early morning for curbside now not getting home til after 9:30pm. I am will not waste my time with this again . Also customer service inside the store was awful. An older lady with long hair just pointed when I very nicely asked where customer service or pickup was .
