I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I ended up canceling my unit after just two days because I found a place to move into, but they still went above and beyond by refunding my full payment, even though they didn’t have to. Amy was great!! She provided the customer service I’m most happy with they you don’t seem to see much of anymore these days. She greeted me comfortably and in a good mood. I just had to tell her briefly why I was there and she knew exactly what I wanted and what she needed to do without losing her attention on me. She promised a follow up call that day and provided one within a couple hours with the confirmation I was looking for. I was in and out of there in less than 5 mins and had marked this task off my list to do that day within a couple hours!! Just my style!! Thank you Amy! Keep up the great work!!
