We have good credit but we buy from Aaron’s because they don’t post your account on the credit bureaus UNLESS you don’t pay. Since we have always paid our bills on time it allows us to buy new appliances without adding an account to the credit bureaus affecting our good credit score. We have dealt with Chris at Aaron’s for a long time. We was so happy that we found out that he is now at the Seneca store that we decided to buy a new washer and dryer. Because of the great service he gives his customers makes us comfortable trusting in him to take care of us. Yes the prices may be a little higher than you can buy from somewhere else but it gives you the opportunity to be able to buy appliances on monthly payments without having to take money out of your savings account or to have a new account added to your credit loading it down with debt freeing up the opportunity to use your good credit for you to buy larger items such as a new car. Go see Chris at Aaron’s in Seneca you will be glad you did!!

This is so, you can be charged a LATE CHARGE. They did not take the payment till the day after is't due. Then won't tell you about the Late Charge, all in a friendly reminder. This happen to me, and I would nor Recommend any one do Business with these people. They are like everyone else, They will take all they can, any way they can. There is no Customer Care. You are only a income for them. There charges are also way, way to high. I'm 67 and this is very wrong. Be Carefull dealing with them.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
