- RRRoseMay 1, 20261.0Just left out of here I was there for 30 minutes for 1 item and I asked 6 people yes 6 people for help and which they all had me walking around the store back and fourth no body took me to show me where the item was until the 6th person they just kept saying oh it’s on such and such isle, than the final straw after I walked back on the other side of the story the lady says no there outside on the other side, like really no help I guess they only help who they feel like. I wasted 30 minutes just to not get the item I was looking for something that should have taken 5 minutes ruined my entire morning due to lazy workers who don’t want to help or know their job. I hope Home Depot has it which is literally on the other side of town way to go Lowe’s you suck.

He walked the Wood area looking for a cart and then outside to discover that there were no cars. So when he saw a man emptying his car that I needed at his truck, he helped him unload the cart into his truck and then brought me the cart. What kind of customer service is that! I think that’s on the level of Chick-fil-A. Can we get an amen amen.?!?? thanks TJ! Also somebody give him a promotion. Ps- I snuck a picture of TJ because it’s weird how much props I gave him and I don’t want to go overboard. Go TJ!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
