Tara onsite at ExtraSpace storage was very helpful today as we arrived at the rental for the very first time. She showed us the ropes and made sure our access code worked. Thank you Tara for making a great first expression. Securing the unit was such a breeze.

Extremely easy online reservation/contracting experience. Office manager called shortly after to introduce herself and explain procedures and answer questions. Love the loading area. Lock in unit upon arrival. Seemed very clean, even saw janitorial staff working while there. So far, so good.

I’ve been here for over a year, the manager Tara has been super helpful, She’s always offered assistance or help with anything that we need. She’s given us a couple complementary boxes in the past. She is knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.
The facility is clean, easy to get around, well lighted and climate controlled.
Our movers were able to back both trucks in the garage, load an elevator full at one time, take it up, unload into our units & repeat.
