I only gave Extra Space 3 stars, the facility was always clean and staff very friendly. I was not a fan of the constant rent increase though. Had the unit for 1.5 years (maybe) and I believe my rent was increased from 22 - 120 in that time period. I just ended up moving out and having to get rid of most of the things I had stowed away.

The manager was very friendly and helpful.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!
I loved the fact that you could pull the U-Haul truck into a garage area and unload it.
You could just take the elevator up from the garage bay. This beats unloading outside any day.
I really liked that each unit had 2 ways to enter it, both had to be locked and the manager made sure that both entrances were locked.
This is a great storage facility.

Clean spacious and courteous customer service. It was threatening rain, very very please to see that i could unload dry and safe! And the monthly rent is reasonable for the space rented! WH
