I absolutely dislike shopping at Lowe's!! Unfortunately, my hometown only has Lowe's here and I would have to drive 40 mins to Columbia to Home Depot, in which I don't mind. But Lowe's, you guys need to get the system that HD has with their paint dept. I purchased paint from your 29115 store and I went in to see about more to find our y'all don't save this info. SMH.....please get with the program or I will definitely STOP spending my money in your store, this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Has a delivery done, found damage to my walls after they left and now no one answers the phone at the store. 45 minutes later some answers, transfer to manager, manger puts me on hold and we are an hour long wait on hold again!

Quan. This manager for customer service needs to be directed to another profession. She has no business working in a store dealing with customer and should be fired ASAP. Horrible attitude. I keep having bad experiences with a manager at the Lowe’s in Orangeburg. She works in returns and Her name is Quan, she’s rude, nasty and has a horrible disposition. She needs to go ASAP!!!!!! I have dealt with other people in that department and they were pleasant and didn’t give off all that attitude. I will be complaining about her to the corporate office. Quan is bad business for Lowe’s.
