Lowes at north myrtle has mainly gotten all of our orders right and delivered to us in a very timely manner!...but on Friday July 3rd they changed me and my fiancés mind about possibly ordering a large order from them again. Our order was put together, tracked, than posted as delivered on Friday, July 3rd. The problem was that the stones were at the wrong address, looked horribly placed like the delivery didn't give a hoot and we were horrified! Won't post a picture of the incorrect house for privacy reasons but that set us off. Communication with their store about the incorrect delivery was poor, called their corporate office I believe and they thought we didnt know what our own house looked like... it was just a poor experience as we finally got our stones today, but had to use their rental truck, drive through a massive storm and put the stones in our garage by ourselves. I hope this never happens to another person!

Dont buy Craftsman gas powered equipment. My 4 cycle trimmer stopped working with in the 2 year warranty. Lowes is no help and craftsman customer service is a joke and also wont help. Thaks Lowes for selling me garbage

Just awful! My husband received a father's day gift from our son. I don't have the receipt and because he paid cash without putting his phone number in for the purchase I am stuck with a fancy smartphone keyless door lock that we are uncomfortable using at age 60 and 68 years old. Even if I ship it back to my son he is stuck with this over $170 entry door lock. What happened to customer service at Lowe's? I will no longer do business with them. I will be using Home Depot. This was the most ridiculous thing I've ever went thru. They know that they sell this item. It was a Lowe's item.

I want to do a BIG shout out to Dave for helping my husband in electrical. He was so helpful and grabbed everything we needed! He was like our own personal shopper. We even got to the register and he came back to us and asked us if we remembered a few other things and we said no and he went and grabbed them for us as well. He is great!! Thanks Dave!!!

Placed an order today for same day delivery. Nope. My order got sent back to the store. No notification or anything. Called customer service. Lady said there is nothing she can do. Called the store. Talked to the store manager Justin. He stated the driver couldn’t find my house. Was told it’s a third party delivery service. There is nothing they can do other than me reorder and hope I get my order or waste my time and go to the store to pick the order up. I asked and how am I going to be compensated for my time because that’s why I ordered online and same day delivery so I have it when I get off work in the morning and was told that I’m not. All this after I have spent over $1000 in just the past week to get treated like that.
