  We've had a great experience with Salty Reef Pools. Matt, the owner, has been a pleasure to work with from the initial pool build through ongoing support. What we've appreciated most is that he's always been responsive and willing to help whenever questions or issues come up. Early on, we experienced a problem with our spa blower. Matt spent the time troubleshooting the issue and replaced the blower multiple times before Hayward updated its jet recommendations and the problem was resolved. More recently, our pool pump failed while it was still under warranty. Rather than having us wait for Hayward to process the warranty claim and send a replacement, Matt installed a new pump so we could continue using the pool while he handled the warranty with Hayward. Another example of his customer service was when we were overseas and our pool turned green. Matt stepped in, took care of the pool, and got everything back in shape before we returned home. That level of service gave us real peace of mind. It's clear that Matt stands behind his work and genuinely cares about his customers long after the pool is finished. If you're looking for a pool builder who provides quality workmanship and dependable service, I would definitely recommend Salty Reef Pools.

  Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The work performed on our travertine pool deck was substandard and has not held up. The pool is less than three years old, yet a section of the coping has already sunk approximately two inches. The decking has shifted, has many gaps and is buckling in many places. We have made repeated attempts to contact the company and give them an opportunity to inspect and correct the problems, but they have failed to respond. Mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should stand behind its work and communicate with its customers when serious concerns are raised. Because of the extent of the damage and the company’s continued failure to respond, we are now hiring an attorney to address the matter. Based on both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service afterward, I cannot recommend this company.

If you’re looking for a team that is reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I can’t recommend them enough. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and can’t wait to enjoy our new pool for years to come!

  Matt and his crew did incredible work, this owner was extremely honest on pricing and what he designed he delivered on . Our backyard is the talk of the neighborhood. Highly recommended. See pictures of finished product on facebook

  Does not stand behind his work does shabby work installs wrong equipment. He works full-time for the government not full-time in the pool business that he doesn’t have a clue about.
