I bought a faucet to replace the old one in my kitchen. After disassembly, I noticed my new faucet didn't have the right connections to the valves. I went to Lowes on Northwoods Blvd and looked through the plumbing aisle for about 20 minutes and could not find the adapter. I left and decided to go to Home Depot since I didn't see any associates in the plumbing department.
On my way out, I saw Sam. He asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for help in Plumbing and he said he would help. We walked over to Plumbing and he was not able to find the adapter needed. He looked for alternatives and eventually found a hose with both ends that I needed. I was able to purchase the two hoses I needed for hot and cold water.
Without his help I would have spent money at their competitor. Hats off to Sam in electrical. This is the type of customer service that keeps me going back to Lowes. Thanks again, Sam.

This hispanic lady down in lumber her name starts with an M, she’s super rude towards customers and rude to her workers i’ve seen her look down on them and tell them horrible stuff. I don’t think someone like that should be a manager, it makes not want to come shop there any longer for the way i’ve seen other be treated.

My husband and I have frequented this store since it opened. We’ve been pleased til last Sunday. We saw one employee walking through the aisle scrubbing her feet like she seriously didn’t want to be there. Couldnt even muster a smile when she passed us. I walked to the front of the store to grab something quickly while my husband was researching a new table saw. He was soooo excited. The old lady at self checkout just glared at me like I was doing something horrible. I said nothing. My husband excitedly went through self checkout with his new saw. Met me at the car to tell me about the rude lady that glared at him during checkout like he was going to put that in his back pocket. He asked her why she was staring and she just walked off without answering. I DID go back in to approach her. Someone like her won’t disrespect my family. That was rude and not treating customers properly. We’ve already left one location for poor behavior, may just leave Lowe’s completely. I’m sure Home Depot across the street wouldnt mind.
