  I have previously bought from La-Z-Boy and I liked the furniture. So I went back in to buy another recliner and the sales rep. Melissa was so kind and showed me several different recliners to try out first. So finally making a decision. I decided we needed two recliners just different in color then I also purchased our Bed mattresses since it had been a while since we had bought. I am now looking forward to everything arriving and trying it out! Thank you La-Z-boy for making my shopping experience, an easy one.

  OK, I don’t know anything about setting up a house so I brought my daughter with me. Both of the La-Z-boy employees that helped us were excellent! They listened & worked with us to fill my living room with a rug & furniture that we both liked ! They even virtually previewed what it would look like by taking pics of my living room & inserting the furniture into it. Great service & of course a great product ! My sincere thanks to both of them !!!!!

  Walked in the store as soon as it opened, was met by a female employee. I told her what I was looking for, she took me directly to the 3 different recliner models I was interested in, and, long story short, I found exactly what I was looking for with her help. Was in the store for less than 45 minutes! OUTSTANDING!

  Lazy boy is the best! All our furniture comes from lazy boy. The best quality you can buy. Don’t waste your time money going to Ashley furniture, Rooms to go, they sell junk! Nothing in those stores is made of real wood! You get the best service at lazy boy also!

  After a purchase in January, for a $2,000 recliner - it broke in less than 90 days. The only customer service said it would take OVER A MONTH to receive the replacement parts and then we'd have to get it scheduled for their people to come in and fix it. We made this purchase to not only support myself after a major surgery, but our son after surgery on both of his legs. It wouldn't be fixed in time to help support us. My husband went into the store and spoke with three different people, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, who told him they would make this right in a much faster turn around. They gave my husband their cards to call and check in with them after a few days. My husband has called every other day to talk to someone, and NO ONE has returned his call and NO ONE will speak with him about this. The unprofessionalism over this is astounding. You act like you care about your customers to their faces but couldn't give a crap less when they actually need help.
