Missy communicated immediately upon completing the rental, advised us of the office hours and met us promptly for a tour of the facility and our unit. What stood out was the cleanliness, lighting and the security aspects. This location is also very convenient to our business and home so that was also an added bonus.

Best of all, Missy the Office Manager provides exemplary customer service that is so rare these days!
