This post relates my experience doing business with Extra Space Storage company and Missy, their site manager. The facility is located on Ashley Phosphate Road near Captain D's at Dorchester Road.
I went in person to place our boxes in storage, but before that, I did the application on-line. It was easy to select and pay for my unit from my home PC and get a virtual receipt. I had one issue that required my speaking with a human and that's where Missy came in. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and had a smile in her voice. She welcomed me to Extra Space Storage as a new client and answered my questions, letting me know just what to expect in getting situated.
The units are spacious, clean, and well lit, and the facility is climate-controlled. I believe we'll be satisfied with this rental experience. If you need their services, contact Missy and she'll take good care of you. --Jerrie H., North Charleston
