We had no complaints about Ridd, and was happy with all of their technicians. The bottom line came down to coverage. Y'all provide considerably more coverage of the property. Danny applied everything in a timely manner, and spent much more time on our yard than RIDD...for the same price. We are extremely satisfied, and are convinced that we made the right decision. The salesman, Joshua, also hit it out the park...though, his "Bull Shark/Tiger Shark" joke needs to be scrapped... 😂
