I started getting palmetto bugs in the house and when I called to cancel the service they charged me $119 to cancel a service that does not work.

They responded after I had to contact 2 different emails only to get auto replies from both saying to reach out to the same email. Then that email address replied stating they were sorry to hear about it, and would still need to collect an early cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous and I will report any future payment from my account to my bank. Will not ever use them again and will not recommend their services to anyone.

The downfall was my last service was well over three months ago and he told me during the summer it should be every six weeks. I also had to call to get service as nothing was scheduled even though it had been a long time since they were here .

Aptive otherwise does not treat any wood-destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter bees, or carpenter ants. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?

How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?

Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.

A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.

To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.

German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
