I told her and she walked with me instead of pointing at a row.She took time to show me some similar products that I might be interested in .Her customer service was fantastic!! Couldn’t ask for better service.!
- CKCecelia KitchensMay 11, 20261.0Bought a LG washing machine 5/11/25. It worked properly for 5 months. Have been on phone for months with LG warranty. First they told me putting to many clothes in. Not true ! Second the hoses weren't right. Came with the machine when purchased. Now I have to hire a certified electrician to make sure its getting adequate power. Which makes no sense. Lowes has been of NO HELP with this one bit. Even paid a couple hundred for extended warranty. Why? They won't help !! Today it ran out warranty. Stuck with this peace of garbage that takes hours after restarting over & over & over!!! Lowes manager said it sounds like the control panel. LG says Lowes had not right to tell me this. So basically its the users fault not the machine. DONE WITH LOWES AND LG 😡

As contractors, we spend a lot of money here on materials, lumber, paint, and job supplies. Me over 100k a year! Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse and worse. It is almost impossible to find anyone to help, and a quick material run can turn into hours of wasted time. On my last visit, I went in for paint and was supposed to receive four quarts. Instead, I ended up with four gallons. Instead of $40 I spent over $200 When I tried to address it, there was no discount offered and no real effort to fix the situation. The manager, Tyrone, was present but did not step in with any kind of helpful customer service. The biggest issue is the lack of contractor support. We buy large amounts of material, yet there is little to no help, NO delivery support, and no appreciation for regular customers who spend serious money in this store. Newberry does not have local material options anymore, so Lowe’s is the only place contractors and homeowners can go. That makes the poor service even more frustrating! This store needs better staffing, better management, and better customer service! Ill sit at my desk and order on from Home Depot for now on! AND THEY HAVE DELIVERY!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
