When i brought it to the managers attention at the paint dept. She said too bad. And i was stuck with. Paint that never dried. This is the second and last time i will buy paint from lowes and since the manager for the paint department didn't care to fix it or refund my money i will shop Sherwin Williams or home depot ever they care about the products they sell.

I called each Lowe's in advance and they confirmed they had it in stock, only to arrive and they did not. This was confirmed by an in-store Associate. Each confirmed in the system that the inventory said they had it. Someone needs to improve their inventory availability system. This store couldn't even get the one in Conway to answer the phone. Super disappointed on a wasted day.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
