Had a great experience today at the Lowe’s on Seaboard St. I was trying to pick up something specific that the website said was in stock, but did not appear at the place it was listed at. John and Jocelyn went out of their way to locate it and get it to me! Definitely my preferred store in the area!

Came to get some fertilizer and could not locate it. A very nice associate helped me by finding it and getting a forklift to get it down. I wished I had gotten her name as she was very nice to drop what she was doing and helping.
To top it all off it was much cheaper than I was expecting. Down about 75% on clearance. End is summer? If you need some get there quick.

A great, organized, stocked, and CLEAN store...especially compared to the competition that we normally shop at because of their monthly coupons, I have to admit. I was looking in the appliance section because we had ordered and paid for a fridge that hadn't been delivered in 3 months from the competitor and was approached by a helpful 30+ yr associate, I cannot remember her name. She was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to offer advice and products that they offered, even after seeing I'd purchased from the competitor and it was to be delivered that week. I ended up purchasing some healthy plants from lawn and garden and left with 4 pages of options of refrigerators to choose from if my fridge didn't arrive. THAT'S integrity, great CS, and the drive to make a sale when seeing I'd already purchased from another retailer (not delivered yet), but willing to go that extra mile. And again, a clean, organized store, like this one in MB is what a customer expects and also appreciates! Thanks to all the MB Lowe's employees on Seaboard St. You make shopping a pleasure for us! 🥰
