  Salesman Mark was great. He helped is pick a great fabric for our sofa sleeper. He got us a great price and set up delivery. You cant go wrong with La-Z-Boy.

  This review is for a purchase from last year. It’s taken me this long to write it because I was so angry and dissatisfied with my purchases I felt I need to calm done to be objective. We bought a reclining couch and two reclining chairs. We got the “top of the line” electric with all the bells and whistles. Almost $10,000 worth of furniture. The couch came and 1 week later looked like it was 5 years old. The chairs were custom upholstered and were horribly done. Staples sticking out under the armrests fabric buckled everywhere. After several weeks of back and forth we got a service technician sent to the house that stated we need new arms for the chairs and fixed the stuffing in the couch. Couch saga over but just began for the chairs. I wont bore you with the details but several weeks and many phone calls later I escalated to the manager who was very accommodating and ordered the new arms which took 2 more weeks. Tech came out and arms where worse then the originals! Back to the manager. End result lazy boy of Myrtle beach gave us credit to pick out 2 new chairs. Chairs took 6 weeks to come and arrived in poor upholstered shape just as the first. I called the store several times to speak with the manager but never got a return call. I went to the store and he was “not in” I left a message with the sales lady but never heard from him. At that point I was just done with lazy boy. In my opinion they are selling bargain basement furniture at luxury prices. Buyer beware. Go to Ashley and get your lazy boy for much less $

  Looking forward to getting my recliner. Lazy boy jumped ahead with their new controller. RYAN was a big help with the whole thing.

  I first walked into our local store knowing what I wanted. The store then offered an in house visit by their designer which we accepted. Justin was wonderful. He brought ideas to the table that we had not thought about previously. We thought about his recommendations and went with some of his ideas and some of our own. The best part was that he was not pushy at all. Highly recommend and in house consult as it brought things to light we had not even thought about.

  I purchases a small accent chair form lazy boy. Cynthia helped and the process went smooth. I had arranged my nephew to pick up chair when he got off work and told Cynthia he would pick up. The problem is there was nobody at the store to help him get chair in his vehicle. The chair was heavy so maybe in the future someone could be available to help load furniture.
